Shuttle service will run continuously from 21C Museum and Four Points to the venue. If you’re staying at DoubleTree by Hilton, it’s a quick one-minute walk to the Four Points shuttle stop. We did the legwork so you don’t have to—after combing through Northwest Arkansas during an SEC football weekend, these were the best options for location, price, and transportation (unless you’re planning a luxury three-night minimum tailgate experience).

This block is for a Friday night stay only (check in 9/18, check out 9/19). Studio suites with one or two queen beds. It's about an 8-minute drive from 21c Museum Hotel (Welcome Party location) and a 7-minute/3.1-mile drive from Four Points by Sheraton, where the shuttle to the venue picks up. The Grand at Willow Springs is roughly 40 minutes away. Please book by August 19, 2026 to guarantee this rate, after that date, rooms and pricing are no longer guaranteed and depend on what's still available at the hotel.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bentonville Rogers

This block is for a Friday night stay only (check in 9/18, check out 9/19). Standard King or Standard Queen rooms. It's about a 9-minute drive from 21c Museum Hotel (Welcome Party location) and a 4-minute/1.3-mile drive from Four Points by Sheraton, where the shuttle to the venue picks up. The Grand at Willow Springs is roughly 40 minutes away. To book, call the hotel directly at (479) 464-7300 and press "0" to speak with someone, other menu options won't have access to the group rate. Ask for the "Strouse Room Block." Please book by August 18, 2026 to guarantee this rate.

Grace and Connor met while helping their friends Morgan and Savas pull off the perfect proposal, then reconnected a year later over, of all things, a desk that needed picking up.
